Location:

-Massage Therapy treatments: Alex Mayr RMT is located at Purely Wellness at #101- 15 Canada Ave, Duncan BC. The contact email to ask questions, book, or change RMT appointments is alexmayrrmt@gmail.com

-Counselling services: Balanced Heart Counselling appointments are either held online/virtually or at 351 Festubert St. Duncan, BC**, depending on the appointment type you booked. The in-person office is upstairs and unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The contact email to ask questions, book, or change counselling appointments is hello@balancedheartcounselling.ca

Payment/Cancellation:

For either service, you can pay that via e-transfer (RMT payments go to alexmayrrmt@gmail.com , Counselling payments go to hello@balancedheartcounselling.ca ), or via credit card through JaneApp. Please note that payments via credit card subject to a 2.4% processing fee. If e-transfers are not sent within 24 hours after the appointment start time, the credit card on file will be charged including the 2.4% credit card fee. Any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. An appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

We do not offer direct billing at this time. Each patient will pay for their session up-front and receive a receipt with the practitioner’s registration number on it that they can forward to their insurance provider. The insurer will compensate the client based on their rules/restrictions.
